Life's greatest tests awaken our hearts to passionately pursue purpose. We heal the world by healing ourselves. We learn. Then, we boldly share our story. Mind, Body, Soul, Purpose was created to empower individuals to live and lead a purpose-driven life. Our mission was created with you in mind! We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place by committing to doing the self-work of transforming our lives from the inside out. We celebrate diversity and inclusiveness; and we aim to be a multicultural organization passionate about serving and fulfilling purpose. We strive to cultivate productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits. Meet Our Founder:
Destined to unfold her God-given purpose, Kimberlyn is a vessel of hope and encouragement in today’s world. A native of Selma, AL; many of her most precious memories were birthed from “stories told from her soul”. Her desire to walk in alignment with God's will for her life has empowered her to bring into fruition a vision that embodies strength, wholeness, tenacity, and purpose. At age sixteen, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that changed how she perceived and navigated through the world. At age twenty-five, this life-threatening illnesses' impact on her entire being nearly robbed her of her life and purpose. Through writing, speaking, and modeling a lifestyle that influences growth and wisdom, she is seeking to inspire and invite others on the journey to walking boldly in their purpose. In essence, she believes that growth is the product of a taking care of one’s mind, body, and, soul.
Kimberlyn is a natural teacher. She has dedicated the last few years personally empowering and professionally developing a diverse cohort of leaders. Kimberlyn understands the importance of leaders being equipped and developed to lead effectively. She has engaged in a plethora of professional developments to increase her knowledge, awareness, and impact both personally and professionally.

God: We aim to grow deeper in our relationship with God. We desire to strengthen our faith and intimacy with God.
Relationships: We believe in cultivating healthy and authentic relationships. Our book clubs will create spaces to have healthy dialogue about topics that are dear to our heart.
Opportunity: We create and engage in opportunities to develop personally and spiritually. We will "plant purposefully" by serving in our community.
Women Empowerment:We empower women! We desire to create a sisterhood that leads women to love, serve, support, and uplift one another. We desire to break the barriers that hinder us from growing and glowing together.
Transparency: We welcome humility and transparency. Our goal is to create a safe place to have candid conversations.
Health: We aim to empower one another to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit by sharing healthy habits and best self-care practices.

Kimberlyn has spoken on diverse platforms including both school- and faith-based events, commencement ceremonies, and athletic banquets. She believes that her ability to craft messages that are impactful and empowering is a gift. Book Kimberlyn today!
We’ve hosted vision board parties to help young girls embrace their identity, develop their character, and create visions for their future. In previous years, our Founder was a facilitator for Bridge Builders of Alabama; a program aimed to help hundreds of students experience diversity training, team-building, and servant leadership.
